The Power Plant – Is it Worth Growing?

Power Plant is an indica dominant hybrid originating from South Africa. It’s also known as Black Label, because it is the most sought after in the international weed circuit. It’s also important to know the growing time for your Power Plant to grow. This means knowing when the bud first sprouts out from the mother plant. When buds grow from the mother plant, they are small and fragile. They take a lot longer to reach the desired height and develop much slower than if they were developed from seedlings.

The first time that your buds sprout out, it will grow much faster than the seedlings do. However, the buds won’t always reach their full height right away and can take weeks to reach their final height.

The best time to harvest your Power Plant is after three to five days of growing time. This allows the buds to fully develop and the highest amount of nutrients.

Once the buds are fully developed, store the seeds in a cool, dry place and store them in a refrigerator or freezer to ensure that the buds don’t spoil. Just like with all kinds of plants, the buds can be transplanted and placed in another pot if you prefer to continue growing other strains of weed.
