But before I get into the business myself, I want to share some information with you that you may not have known about being a bartender. Most people who have never been in the business of selling buds at a marijuana club or pot store do not realize that there is a high level of safety. That is because the bartenders and trainers work very closely with the grower of the plants and keep an eye out for any problems.
One of the main things that a bartender or a bud training trainer does is inspect each plant carefully. They take a good close look at its leaves, it’s bad, its slower, it’s leaves and it’s buds. The bartender will check for any signs of stress or disease, any discoloration, any abnormal growths. Also, he will check for any visible signs of mold or fungal infections.

Once the bartender can smell the scent, the bartender will ask the grower to show him or her the leaves of the plant to see if the THC level is above a certain level. that indicates potency. The level of THC is also monitored by the bartender on the bus to see how well the plant has grown.
Of course, the bartender doesn’t just check the plant for THC level. He or she is also trained to watch out for signs of problems that have been noticed by the grower. Any sign that could indicate that a problem is present is documented and reported to the grower so that the problem can be fixed right away.
If you are working with a marijuana grower, you need to understand that your job is to ensure that the plants do not grow too many leaves or too many buds at the same time, or that there are too many buds in one plant.
